3. Use of the Application

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Application is a tool designed to help users manage their intermittent fasting schedule and make informed decisions regarding their fasting lifestyle. You are responsible for all your activity in connection with the Application.

The Application provides information and coaching based on scientific principles related to fasting and nutrition. However, it is not a medical device, and its advice should not be taken as medical advice. Consult with a healthcare professional before making any decisions about your health or changes to your diet or fasting regimen.

The Application is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. Persons under the age of 13 are not permitted to use this Application.

FastSafe stores all your data, including fasting history, meal logs, and preferences, locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data and for backing up your data. We are not responsible for any loss or corruption of data that may occur, including due to device malfunction, app uninstallation, or clearing of app data.

The Application and its original content (excluding data provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FastSafe and its licensors. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the user's local jurisdiction and various countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of FastSafe.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind. Without limiting the foregoing, we explicitly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information through the AI-powered features, FastSafe makes no warranty regarding the reliability, accuracy, timeliness, usefulness, or completeness of any information provided through the Application. You acknowledge that your reliance on any information provided by the Application is solely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

Neither FastSafe nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Application will be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data or goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure or the cost of substitute services arising out of or in connection with these terms or from the use of or inability to use the Application, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory.
