If account creation is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FastSafe and its licensors.

In no event shall FastSafe be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
